The most advanced 3D technologies make it possible to perform quick simulation tests, leading to the production of more efficient moulds which are able to ensure optimisation of the industrial process and the quality of the finished product.

The technical department, using its cutting-edge CAD 3D software, is able to design moulds for thermoplastic components with high technical, functional and aesthetic qualities. The mould workshop manufactures each mould directly, proposing solutions in the selection of steel, injection and extraction systems, the dynamics of movement and heat treatments.

Each mould is manufactured in accordance with customer specifications and interpreting the requirements of the entire production chain in order to ensure the best solution for increasing efficiency and reducing costs. The company also has a mould storage, maintenance and repair department within its facility to ensure the equipment has a long lifespan.
